Ingredientes

4 wheat snack packs flavor bacon (360g)
3 tablespoons (soup) of butter
2 cups (tea) diced bacon
8 eggs
2 cups (tea) whipping cream
2 tablespoons (soup) of chopped parsley

Salt to taste


Method of preparation

Grind in a blender the snack, transfer to a bowl and mix with butter.
Line the bottom and sides of a removable bottom in order to 20cm in diameter and tighten with a spoon.
In a saucepan over medium heat, fry the bacon until you release the fat and brown.
Remove from heat, allow to cool and mix the eggs, sour cream and parsley.
Adjust the salt, pour into shape and bake in moderate oven, preheated for 20 minutes.
Let cool before unmolding.
Serve immediately.
