Hello my friends okay? Today I'm sharing a super hot receta I found on the net and did. It's really a delight. . It Gnocchi Recipe to Spinach cream to her gosotoso. Ingredients

Spinach Cream

2 tablespoons (soup) of butter
1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons (soup) of wheat flour
500 ml of hot milk
Salt and nutmeg, freshly ground, to taste
400g frozen spinach and chopped
2 packs of cream cheese (300g)
Pasta

1 pack of Gnocchi Basilar (500 g)
1 tablespoon (soup) salt
To finish

100 g of toasted almonds and chopped
3 tablespoons (soup) of grated Parmesan cheese



Method of preparation
Spinach Cream

In a medium saucepan, heat the butter, saute the onion and add the flour.
Mix quickly and gradually add the hot milk, stirring vigorously to avoid lumps.
Season with salt, nutmeg, add the spinach and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Thoroughly mix the cream cheese and set aside.
Pasta

In a large saucepan, boil 5 liters of water with salt.
Cook the pasta for the time indicated on the packaging or until "al dente", ie soft but resistant bite.
Drain immediately, add the sauce and mix well so that all the batter is well surrounded by the sauce.
Pass to a platter, sprinkle the almonds, parmesan and serve immediately.
Serves 6
